What You Need to Apply

In order to apply to the University of Houston online degree program, you’ll need to have a few things on hand when you fill out the form. First, you’ll need official high school transcripts. If you’re applying for transfer status, then you’ll also need official college transcripts. High school graduates who have earned a GED will be required to submit their scores as well.

If you’re under 22 years old and have less than 24 semester hours of college credit, then ACT or SAT scores are also required. You’ll be expected to submit a 500-word essay on your personal career goals and why you’ve chosen UH for your education needs. You should also include two letters of recommendation from former teachers or employers.
