The hospitality industry is one of the biggest industries in Singapore and it continues to grow. It’s also a great place for people who are looking to get into the workforce quickly. There are many different types of degrees that can be pursued within the hospitality industry, ranging from Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, Science with Honours in International Tourism Management and more. The amount of money needed to obtain these degrees will vary depending on what degree is being pursued and where you attend school but below we have outlined some general averages:

Diploma in Hotel Management (1 year) S$8,800

Tuition fee for Diploma in Hotel Management (1 year) is S$8,800. Tuition fee is paid in 12 instalments which makes it easier for you to pay your fees.

Tuition fee is the same for both full-time and part-time students. So whether you are a working student or not, there’s no difference.

If you are a Singaporean or PR, there will be no additional surcharge on your tuition fees at all!

For international students however, they will have to pay an additional 10% of other course fees as per MOM regulations

Bachelor’s Degree In Science with Honours in International Tourism Management (3 years) Approximate Cost S$25,000 – S$28,000

You can also enroll in the Bachelor of Science with Honours in International Tourism Management degree offered by the National University of Singapore. The three year program is designed to equip students with theoretical and practical knowledge, skills and competencies to prepare them for career success in the travel and tourism industry.

Students will be taught how to manage their own or other people’s businesses related to travel and tourism, including hospitality management (e.g., hotels). They may also have the opportunity to gain practical experience through an internship or co-op placement during their time at university.

The cost of this course is approximately $25000 – $28000 per year which includes tuition fees, residence hall room & board charges as well as miscellaneous expenses such as books & supplies needed for classroom learning purposes only; if any other expenses are incurred such as transportation costs back home then these costs will need to be covered separately by yourself before starting your studies so make sure you budget accordingly if this happens!

The approximate cost for a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management will be anywhere from $45,000 to $48,000. The tuition fees for a bachelor’s degree in science is about S$24,000 – S$25,000.

The tuition fees for a bachelor’s degree with honours are around S$30,000 – S$35,000.

And lastly, the tuition fees for a bachelor’s degree in science with honours in hospitality management will be approximately between US$40k and US$50k annually depending on where you study and where you come from (see below).

These tuition fees are not fixed and may vary from one academic year to another.

Tuition fee for local students is determined by the Ministry of Education (MOE) each academic year. The MOE uses a tiered pricing system which means that the more you pay, the better your education will be and you’ll have access to better facilities. For example, if you choose an ITE institution to study hospitality management, they might ask for $5K per semester while Polytechnic institutions would charge around $7K-$8K per semester.

For international students who are on a Student Pass or Dependent Pass, it’s important that you know exactly how much money can be used in each category before enrolling in any courses because there is no restriction on spending limits except when it comes down to paying off your student loan within 5 years after graduation from university or college respectively
